如对以上三个中标候选人的评标结果有异议的，投标人或其他利害关系人必须在公示期间以书面形式向招标人提出异议，招标人将在规定的时间内作出答复。对不在规定时间内提出或不符合规定的异议，招标人有权不予受理。
